Danny Ryder
SUP Garage Non Payment of Completed Work

Internet & Web

This company/individual was supposed to pay a fraction of the cost for an e-commerce site provided he got the project started quickly and paid quickly at the end. The project is valued at $1400, but the client was only charged $450. $200 was paid at the beginning.

The e-commerce site was built as fast as I could get the content from him to build it. Which because of the lack of communication from him took nearly a month. At the end of the project the remaining $200 was not paid. Thus breaking the 'speedy terms' agreement and bringing the total owed to $1200.

The client grabbed all of the work done from the server so he would have it for later and closed the account so it could not be accessed by me. I found out this individual had never planned on paying the balance. He had the intention of ripping me off the entire time.
