Bogus email lists, tech support run around, nothing works

Internet & Web

I am a freelance web marketer. A client of mine purchased an email list form this company. We created an email campaign and attempted to send a test via their mass email tool. The email never sent.

Their video tutorials they provide are nto helpful. The screens in the videos did not look like the screen I was seeing in their portal. I did a test of several random emails from the list through my personal gmail account. They all bounced back meaning the emails are bogus.

I was able to get a person on the phone, "Chad". Chad did help me with a few things but what he did did not help with the sending of the emails. Still NO emails got sent.

I was instructed to post a support ticket which I did. I was instructed to include specific information in the ticket which I did. I received a response asking for the same information again. I pointed out that I had already provided that information. Then I receive a reponse stating that they will call me IMMEDIATELY if I gave them a phone number. So I post a phone number. No phone call. A few days later I receive notice that "since no response has been received from me in 4 days they are closing the support ticket."

This compnay is a rip off. Emails are bogus and their so called "Tech Support" just runs you around in circles. Stay away!
