Like the other people that have listed this company... I have had the same problems. Should have checked here first, but did not. This company (for lack of a better term) sells virtual game currency.

Buyer beware... You pay for an order and usually they do not deliver. They continue to stay online since PayPal will ALWAYS find a dispute in their favor since the items you are buying and "digital/virtual" items. So, unless you pay with a credit card, say goodbye to your cash.

You "chat" with their customer service, which like other have said is surprisingly always "Nathy". Whoever this person is on the other end is clearly a moron. They do not respond, deny you place an order, refuse to issue a refund, etc. They replied to the original PayPal dispute and told me to "Go online to claim my game currency" I did this and again was told they could not find an order.

I also was denied my dispute by PayPal like everyone else. It really amazes me with so many complaints that PayPal even allows these people to continue using their service.
