I purchased a product that's faulty and requested due to their aid with trading it or obtaining a return. Their reaction: when the product was exposed, we-don't provide discounts, cope with the vendor oneself... If that is their concept of producing things right, they ought tonot maintain company! If Amazon or Groupon did that, they'd be background quite a long time before!
