Charging for service i dont have

Have been charged since last june for long distance and websites by which i didnt subscribe to or been recieving. After i called to ask why also to remove and credit our acct. Owner obtained rude, calling me obscene titles and explained that she'd not stop it least along reinbursed me for your weeks i've been charged for providers i've never gotten. Really mad about this and just how i had been treated by this pc... They're a scam signing you up for material athat you dont even obtain.
