Exactly what a fraud

I've bought iPad 2 out of this organization but issues began to seem directly after my purchase, first I've obtained following info that demonstrated to be from another order since it confirmed that package has already reached destination-but I'venot gotten something. After I requested for reimbursement I had been refused inside it with no clarification.
