Peter Xu. Zengyang xu fraud! Cheater! Scammer! Rude!

Mr. Xu is the owner of Cheapsoftwareking.com. On his site, thier is a support page and a live chat support.in the live chat support his name says Peter Xu but his real name is Zengyang Xu. I found that out when I paid for the item I bought, the Norton 360 for 1 year for $12.90. It showed in the official PayPal, his name was Zengyang Xu. When I got the product paid for the Norton360, it worked fine. But then I had a problem. I could not use the backup to the Norton cloud because their was an email address listed that I did not know of or had the password too. I contacted Norton and it was a long process. The Norton Representative wanted to know some other code and I contacted Mr. Xu and he said he would get it from his "Supplier". He email me that code and the Norton Representative looked into it. The Norton Representative told me, the product key that I had bought was stolen.
