Telephone came all scuffed up and had a break within the housing

I requested a Motorola Nextel i870 Telephone which was revealed for Increase cell. Nowhere within the advertisement for this, did it note this telephone will be a renovated product.

Imagine my surprise once the telephone came and that I observed that it had been all grazed up and had a break within the housing. It had been clearly, badly, restored. I actually needed to remove all of the prior homeowners data from this. Luckily for him, that I acquired it and never some Identification thief. All an Identification thief must begin taking your identification is the title and handle. Which data was within the telephone.

I chose to give it a try to get a time. The telephone had much less variety the telephone I had been wishing to displace. (No signal in places that I understand has sign.)

To top it down, I can not return the telephone for my cash back. (Until they're sold-out). When they possess some in-stock, they'll just trade the telephone.
