Stay away from TRACKINGTHEWORLD.com especially DAN SUMPF the Vice President. They sold me a 2 bad GPS units Enduro pro i wanted. I called the customer service department to do a return and they told me ONLY the sales person can do a return. WOW! I have never heard of only the sales person can do a return. I then tried to get in touch with the sales person DAN SUMPF who then said he will check with accounting to see what will happen (by the way he is the Vice-President) of TRACKINGTHEWORLD.com. After going back and forth he said he cant do a return because he doesn't know what to do with the unit. WOW!!! This is the worst COMPANY EVER!!! They will be nice to you to get your money at first then watch out with the FEES and BAD UNITS!!!
