DiGi Group markets their service as "Instant", however they don't give you any PIN instantly.
I have just been informed by their web customer service to come back for the PIN in 2 days.
I had 50 in my account which i used with them to avoid leaving my kids home and getting a top up from the shop. Now I have no money and no top up, i have to make some urgent calls but am totally stranded by their misleading website.
You are better off in buying the top up voucher form a shop.
