1800contractor Predatory Business / No Refunds / False Leads

I used this company back in 2003 when it was still a good company about their clientel (the contractors) but like any other business they grew and now all it takes is a few clicks of a "customer", and without a representitive even checking to see if the lead is good, you get a automated phone call saying you have a new lead Bam $38.00). I Paid about 1800.00 in a year, sold 5-6 jobs but the rest were no good. My complaint is if the lead is no good, they dont erase the lead, they charge you regardless and offer a credit. BUT if the email is good and a valid street address you will not get credit. They need to stop charging for leads that are unscreened!!!
