Took my posted online resume with JOBS.com to offer me a staffing position

These people took my online resume posted at JOBS.com, to offer me a job as a staffing recruiter. No interview necessary and no experience, all this was to be done via the internet. Supposedly, I would be able to view them, but they couldn't see me. So I did a review search before agreeing to the video meeting. Sure glad I did! The following is their email to me.
