Wouldn't send my rebate even though i gave all requested info - sent me postcard claiming i didn't w/o enough time to resubmit Miami

I purchased an Epson Stylus C84 which was supposed to be free after rebates when I bought it with a computer system, which I did.

I sent in the rebate on time, with all the info requested. They sent me a card claiming I didn't send info I know I sent asking me to send it again by a date I couldn't possibly get it there by (a couple days after postcard was received).

I tried to call the toll free number but you can't speak to a person and it was no help at all. Neither was the website.
