Ripoff the charged money and never sent a computer and no response on any email this is a cyber crime Internet

I have found them on cnet.com and based on that along purchased a computer from cpu-parts.com.
The money was taken from my account and never had any info from them again. No answers on email no physical location available. I think this is a criminal enterprise would appreciate an advise how to where to start filing a crime report
