I paid thomas for website upgrades that should have taken an hour. After two months, & multiple complaints, he finally finished the job. He then deleted the website with no notice stating he didn't li Internet

I paid Thomas of Kwagu to upgrade a website he previously built for my company. The job should have taken no more than an hour. I gave him a week still no results. He promised to complete it the following week with no results. This went on for two months with him giving me more excuses and broken promises. He then required additional monies for things he previously hadn't mentioned. Feeling blackmailed we paid. The site was finally completed only for him to delete it several months later with no notice stating he didn't like the previous complaints (about his lack of work or effort). When I told him I wanted to take the site to a different server he stated he lost all my company website info he built.
