No accountability =dishoonest sellers

Lately bought a little product ($50) from the vendor on eCrater. Obtained it rapidly, however it was the drastically wrong product. After I approached vendor about their mistake, they delivered this reaction:

"we're truly sorry for that mistake, however, you notice my shop not accept return. Therefore we're possess a great idea. Please create the brand new purchase having a 50% of cost for that product you'll need, it's just $20. It's your help us. - nicolas_bent@yahoo.com (full-world-new store)"

I'll never purchase something on eCrater again. Ebay has a lot more responsibility to ensure that vendors are truthful.
