Is a scam

I started with the free trial and I then I was charged till now. What it said on the free trial is misleading and vague. I don't blame them for it, but what happened next really pissed me off. Once you get enrolled, you can't escape.
After I found out that stamps.com is charging me I stopped using it, I haven't used any stamps.com service since then. I called the custom service last Oct to close the account. But they didn't, when I found I was still being charged on Jan this year so I called again, I called everyday, it took me weeks to get someone pick up the phone. They apologized and said they will close it, I even received a confirmation mail and I was still charging.
BUT when I check my bank statement this April and found out I was still being charged fo $15.99 per month from last Oct till now which is so ridiculous, I have to pay $15.99 per month for nothing every month. They charged me with my old card information without my knowledge and authorization. This is considered theft and fraud.
I reported it on BBB but I got the most stupid response from Stamps.com, they said I created two accounts, one is on May last year (I was travel in another country I didn't register any other account and I didn't even know about it). And they said they didn't get any phone call from me about closing the account.
I don't know what to do, I don't have any prove that I called them and I already delete the emails from them before... They can make anything up now. So desperate. I saw thousands of complaints on the internet about stamps.com, someone has to do something about it, hope other people won't fall for their scam again, it's a nightmare.
