NET TECHNEQUIES Untruthful Statements

Joshua Jones from Net Technequies sent me a Guarantee of 100% refund if I did not make all my money back after 14 months.in talking to my credir card company, Discover, that after 180 days you cannot submitt a dispute so the 14 months is just talk. He also made statements about how much money I would make, $2k -$4k/mo. When the contract came with SMG and mentioned no guarantees, I stopped the verification and Jones called me back and said to just answer Yes to the questions as he had sent me the Guarantee, and SMG did their marketing. So I signed for $7K for 1 TV commercial Production and 40 TV commercial spots. Jones insured me that I could call any time and all the time.

After a few days of signing the contract I called talk to Joshua about the website. Rachel Harris, his assistant, answers and says he is not available, and that she will have him call me. That doesn't happen so I keep calling every day, never get thru to him and leave msgs for him to please call me. One one call I get to talk to Rachel and mention something about Joshua being the boss, she says no that Keith Mckenzie is the boss. I get to talk to keith at this time but get put off by being told Joshua will call me but that didn't happen. I called again on 4/2 but had to leave a msg. After being put off so many time I started looking online at the complaint and came across 2 complaints against SMG and that is when I filed my initial dispute with Discover on 4/3 rather than wait any longer.

I did call SMG in the last week of April and talked to keith Mckenzie about Joshua Jones, his reply was " I don't know him, we do lots of marketing for different people". I guess he forgot about my call earlier in the month when he said he would have Joshua call me. It has been 7 weeks since I signed the contract and haven't received any information about the TV commercial.
