Paycom ripoff

I had money talen out of my bank account by paycom. They said I used an internet service and gave me a date and time and password. The password was my daughters name which I would never use as a password. The service was NEVER used. When I checked my log in file, I hadn't even been logged on for more than 3 minutes that day and it was a different time of day.
I am a sungle mither who struggles to keep this internet connection for the childrens education. How can a company steal from me like this.
