This firm has a very attractive website, and the owner Robert Steers seems to be such a nice and honest young man. Don't believe the act though. It's all one big scam. You will be promised results, revenue, and impressive results. You will be shown "accurate" reporting for the first few months, numbers that will blow you away. You will be enticed to come on board with a free SEO and PPC evaluation. Hundreds of dollars worth of Free services. Sound good so far huh? Not until you realize that all of the numbers were made up, and altered. You think you're getting great clicks on your PPC campaigns, but you don't see the results in revenue. It takes a while they tell you, but they don't tell you how they are having others click on your ads just to increase your spend.

The traffic was there, but in no way was it ever quality traffic. The moment I parted ways from Creative Development and Mr. Robert Steers, that is the exact moment when my traffic stopped. I paid for several months of PPC management up front, I never got any of the money back. My website is in worst shape now than it was before I employed the services of Creative Development.

Stay away from this company. They are based out of Sydney, Australia. You're better off doing the SEO and PPC work yourself, or hiring some college kids to do it for you. This was a huge learning experience for me (in the amount of $10k), and I will never make the same mistake again. I hope you can all learn from my mistake and stay away from this company.
