RIP-OFF They continued billing after I cancelled subscription

These guys coninued billing my credit card after I had cancelled my subscription at one of the sites they handle billing for Any and all e-mails that I sent to them were in the most part unanswered or oh yeah sure we will look into it with no results and no answer.
I am quite sure billing would have continued if I had not cancelled my credit card. I have asked for a refund or access to the site which was paid for and denied both.
As far as I am concerned they have done harm only to themselves and their bussiness and I use the term losely as I will not use Ibill for any transactions in the future I was planning to use them as the billing end of my bussiness.
