Ripped me off & charged me $19.95 (for a year) to store 2000 photo and 3 months shut the site down

For nearly 2 years the site was free photo storage then they offered members the chance to upgrade and pay for storage. I payed $19.95 to upgrade and store 2000 photos for a year. Then 3 months later they shut the site down. I would like to know if there is any way I can get my money back? Is there chance that they may reopen and honor my year of service and keep my albums as they were? Is there any other company that may buy out PhotoPoint? And would they reopen my albums?
