We ordered this the first year we moved into our home, then canceled it in yet we have been charged every year since. Today, when I saw I was charged yet again, I called and they said they had no report that we had ever called. My husband confirmed to me, that he called their 1-800 number listed in this report (and also shows up on our bank statement) to cancel the account. They said they would refund us for the amount just shown (Like they did the last time we called and it was never done!) and would take 5-10 business days. I will be checking my account every day to make sure this happens, but I also want to be refunded for the previous years!
