Rip-off! Non-delivery of purchased merchandise. Unable to contact them

I ordered a couple of items from Dookiewear.com back in May. My credit card was charged the next day. I read their FAQ's on how long the order should take which is longer than normal but trusted the site because they list an address and phone number which I checked. I have received no items and have continuously called and emailed with no response.

I am complaining to the BBB, Internet Fraud Organization and anyone else I can. The more you get your complaints on the web the more they come up in the search engines. This makes other small Internet companies lose business as people become leary of doing business with anyone other than namebrand companies they know and trust.
