Walmart Connect refused to cut off and over drew the bank account after stopping usage

A call was made when we changed internet providers and the person refused to cut the internet off. Even after we told her we did not want it and was taking it off the computer.

We thought they would stop the service and we moved and took the monies out of the old bank. Well they did not stop the service and took money out of an account that had no money in it and caused an overdraft.

As far as I know the service is still on and they will not get anymore money and at this point we owe the bank because of them. When a person tells you they do not want the service any longer they should stop the service and not bother with trying to get money where there is none. They are not making money legally and are causing a lot of hardships on people.
