Sales Force Unethical Rate Increase, Bait and Switch, Deceptive Practices

I signed up to use Salesforce to store my information for my company when I started my business 2 years ago. I signed up for a plan that was $15.00 dollars per user per month. This sounded like a lot of money at the time but I gave it a shot. My company grew and I added users and we continued to store our information on Salesforce.com. Each time I added a new user they increased the charge $15.00 per month per user which was agreed upon.

I tried to add the 11th user and I got a charge for an additional 6,000 dollars since they claim I now need to upgrade to a professional edition. I don't needed added functionality I just need one more user. Now I have hired a new employee and I have trained my entire staff how to use the system it has all our client information (contacts, leads, accounts) in place how can I change?

They sold me a program that works fine till you get the 11th user than you need to pay $65.00 dollar per user per month (on the current users and the additional users). This is a 400% increase. I can't afford this. My partner told me to switch providers but how. I would than need to train all my employee's on a new system and we would likely have issues migrating all our data over. Basically they have put together a way to lock you in for life and use unethical tactics to milk you for outrageous sums of money.

My sales rep Adrian told me due to sarbanes oxaley or something that they had no option but to screw me the same as everyone else otherwise they may get into trouble. I wish I would have went with another provider initially but instead I'm stuck paying the extra 6k. Enjoy my money salesforce.com.
