I bought a laser from them, it was not working when I received it

This can be a deceptive organization. I purchased a laser from their store, it wasn't operating after I received it. After many weeks of contacting them, I acquired an address to come back it to. I still haven't observed a credit published yet they keep giving me emails in broken Language declaring that it's been acknowledged. Last mail stated they returned me through ECPSS. I sent back and questioned what on the planet is ECPSS plus they delivered me a that website by which was all-in ORIENTAL!
