Absolutely DREADFUL customer service

I recently requested many products from their site. A couple of hours after putting the purchase i discovered this 1 of the things (an extremely big puppy sleep) wasn't the right design. I tried many times to get hold of them-but no body might react to my recurring efforts to stop the purchase

Per week later the big puppy sleep was shipped. I named them to set up a return and clarify that it must have never been shipped within the first-place and it was unjust I ought to need to spend the HUGE delivery costs to come back it. They refused actually having observed the emails i directed, although I've them all displaying shipped, and therefore are making me to pay for the return shipment costs though it was their error.

Definitely TERRIBLE customer support. Get your cash elsewhere.
