Last year, the exact date I cannot recall, I ordered a book "Aftershock" through the internet. It was advertized as "Pay only shipping of $4.95". Yesterday, (03/26) my bank accct. Was debited for $49.95. Naturally, their contact is limited. No email, and the phone is always, "Sorry, we cannot take your call at this time. Please call later".

I contacted the local BBB. I have always had good luck with them. We'll see. Companies like this should be stopped.
