I don't know anything about Tibia or any of its derivatives, except what I have been able to learn by going to their site and doing some investigation.

It seems they are some sort of online gaming company that charges pay for play fees.

I suspect that someone ripped off my credit card number and tried to use it to pay Tibia.

If my card number was stolen and used by the thief (or someone that person sold the number to), to pay Tibia, then Tibia needs to have better control over acceptance of credit cards; after all, if that is the scenario, then they are victims as well.
