Paying money for nothing is a rip off!

NHES cashed my $29.95 check and didn't give me what I thought I was paying for. I emailed them, nicely at first and got no response. I couldn't find a phone number to call and now I lost my money and learned a little lesson. I just wish I would of found out about this SCAM before I fell for it!
