Horrific Customer Service

My partner and I sent flowers to my grandmother for her 90th birthday celebration. The flowers were supposed to be delivered as per the order on March 15th. This was clearly stated on the delivery notification that we received back via email as well. The next day we found out that my 90 year old grandmother was awoken by the florist stating that she had to accept delivery within the next half hour, which was 4 days prior to her birthday! This internet company and florist not only inconvenienced a 90 year old woman, but ruined what was supposed to be a surprise bouquet of flowers for her birthday because she received them 4 days prior to her birthday. As if this wasn't enough, the company apparently has not phone or address information, and has not responded to any of our complaints. I only hope that someone reads this email PRIOR to using their services.
