Audrey Bellis or Nora Madrid They took my money but I never got any product

Nora Madrid from The Bella Bambino took my order for dresses. She told me she had to contact Audrey Bellis to make sure I could get the same deal that Plum District was advertising. I did not get a tracking number for the first stated shipment date of Feb 24rth. I then found out two other family members who ordered from Thebellabambino.com that their orders are not shipped either, but have been payed for.

A Nora Madrid calls back after a message is left to say the order might have been left at the door. She says go check at the post office. Nora then gives a tracking number that was created on March 6 to be delivered for March 9. I checked the tracking number on UPS online and still it is just a label created by The Bella Bambino. I googled Audrey Bellis and I find reports of fraud and people being ripped off.

I have tried to get my money back but I get the same words given..."It is on its way" from Nora Madrid who actually sounds like Audrey Bellis when calling her cell phone. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I have learned that we all need to clearly check out any web site that we intend to purchase from.
