I requested payout, I accumulated to this date $29. The site states to pay a min.$. 01 and process will take 30 days. I ask for my earning more than 5 months ago, and I haven't receive any cent yet

I asked for my earning and its been more than 6 months, yet http://jallysemail.com is not paying me. The site says there are 183 request before me and its growing each week. If they don't pay those before me, how and when are they going to pay me. My paypal account is verified and my account is in good standing. I sent them email regarding my request of payment, no answer whatsoever. I don't want to lose my earning so I kept clicking. But I may stop now.
