Ripoff refused negotiation, interfered with sale, caused losses of substantial funds, hurt other buyers, lies

This man has caused the loss of thousands of dollars and my place on eBay. He has also caused others great harm. He harrasses, lies, does inferior work and shuffeles it off on eBay and when he gets caught he knows all the loop holes to get himself out. He has caused me to loose the sale of the car I purchased from him... That was not driveable when I got it here. I had to put 3000 dollars in to it before I could even drive it. I tried every way known to negotiate and he will not.

And eBay was no help. For some reason he knows how to manipulate the systen there and made it work for him. I was contacted by others who had experienced hell at Mr Barkers hand and he caused them the same hell he caused me. How he gets away with IT I do not know, but he is smooth until he has you by the juggler and then he goes in for the kill! Get this guy and help all the ones who may be his prey!
