Ripoff

The dispute bases on a cellular phone affiliate cotract. The owner of Cellular Seekers. Erick Skies refuses to pay the affiliate commission resulting from our contract.

His excuse:
I never received money from XXX (a third company) who was supposed to pay me.

During about 2 month I've tried to explain to him that I had a contract with Cellular Seeker, Inc. Not with XXX. And I do not care about his relation with that company! I tried to explain him that he charged my CC until April for hosting my site (in fact his site finestplans.net) even if the site was inactive since Feb. And I never got my money from the sales generated by that site, about $2400.00 but I always got the same answer: I didn't get paid by.
