Russiananimation ripoff I paid for delivery of dvd which was never sent. Refund promised, never received

On May 8 I requested a CHEBURASHKA dvd. This can be a really renowned European animation, which my spouse and that I desired to get for my child.

On May 25, I observed the movie nonetheless hadnot appeared. I approached the Business's consultant one SERGEI VIDOV, who referred to a mistake in my own postal code, and guaranteed to deliver me another DVD. Another fourteen days passed but still no DVD. I called again, and he guaranteed to deliver one which evening.

After another fourteen days choose to go by I required my cash back. He replied by promising the DVD was on path, and encouraging a UPS tracking range inside an hour.
This charade continued for another couple of days till I required my cash back. Vidov guaranteed to pay for me on 25 July, but has regularly didn't achieve this. Today, 10 July, I recognize he's no purpose of returning my income.

Don't buy anything from the corporation.
