Fraud - theft - non-delivery of paid rose

I requested a Chihuly 36" standard flower pine from Bob on Dec. 1. He needed fee through Intuit. I often use Paypal. (They've a cash back guarantee for low-shipping. Should be why Bob favors Intuit, the do-nothing duty people) I waited to get a bare-root rose tree. Lastly e mailed him on Feb. 1 when I believe thirty days is very lengthy enough to obtain a tree. Then he emails me on Feb. 16 he needs to contact me to get a charge card for shipping because itis no further in his program. (It was never in his program). The pine is all "boxed" and awaiting FedEx but I'venot taken care of cargo. Evidently the $10 was to get a wooden cage, not shipping a bare-root increased in a cardboard box-like every other room. Then he claims he is simply likely to shipping it herself. Well, that is come and eliminated but still nothing. Today he claims he is delivering it out Friday, Feb. 27 via FedEx. No tracking number. It isn't below. More lies.

This person possesses a steam room with steam stock. Google him and you will discover all around the internet he's conning people for the money and not providing any item. Today he is using facebook to create patients. None of that which you observe is his room or his crops. More lies.
