I am a high Level Certified (A) Computer technician... And I cannot stress enough of all the HORROR Stories about HP not honoring their warranty... I'm here to tell you that... Plus... Through my vast experience. I have read this fact happening So repeatedly over several years now. As reported by consumers in all the Computer Magazines... ALSO I find the most poorly designed and constructed computers are the HP Desktops AND Laptops. They SUCK... Are cheap crap, simply said... I recommend that you do NOT buy an HP computer of any type. This information has been so widely published in all Computer Media sources
