Non delivery of the product after making payment

I ordered several items from this company. I have not received the order as of 2/27. I placed my order on 2/9. There was 2 items in the order totaling $25.16 I payed using my visa credit card.

I did receive an e-Mailed of the order and a link "As always you can view your order at "https://marketplaceadvisor. Channeladvisor.com/*"
Invoice States "Payment Your order status is: Payment Cleared".

I have called their phone number multiple times (936-647-1688) And sent them
multiple emails on 2/23,2/27, (I have not received a reply of any kind).

I feel this is a deliberate act to steal money from consumers.
