Charged my card for items a month after I cancelled my order and no items yet. Been 2 months

I ordered two boxes of ink two months ago. Nothing was sent for three weeks so I cancelled my order. Two weeks later my card was charged. Nothing was sent. Numerous emails over the last two weeks to them just got me the run-around. They keep telling me they have sent it but never did. They even sent me a USPS tracking number last week but is a bad number. I have bought from them in the past with no problems, but this time they scammed me out of almost $70.00. They now have my debit card number on file also, so I have to get a new card, transfer accounts, etc. What a pain. They need to be stopped!
