Match.com doesn't avoid scammers (mainly Russians) from making phony users and targeting people in america. I had been on complement and okcupid, that will be held by match.com. I received no questions on Okcupid from fake users, but I obtained 3-5 each day on fit. Okcupid is free and blocks IP-addresses from Russia and Africa. Complement is just a paid support and my guess is the fact that they don't prevent the IP of anybody spending having a charge card. The people behind the phony users - many seemed to result from Spain - possibly spend with stolen bank cards.By not preventing they (which like Okcupid can be achieved by IP limitation), they're placing their income in front of the ethics of the system and also the security of the genuine people.
