Never recieved my tablet nor did they replace it or issue a refunds since Dec 9 giving me the run around

I was on the Best Buy site looking for a tablet for my daughter for Christmas. They advertised on the Best buy site. I went to their site and was impressed with their prices. Ordered a tablet and prepaided for it. Never recieved it. Contacted them over a half dozen times. They keep giving me the run around. Turning me into the investigator. I am so outdone with them. I would not recommend or purchase anything from them every again. Still today the problem hasn't been resolved.
