Gamestop Impulse
Game Download Failed and Refund Refused

I tried ordering online from Gamestop Impulse I was unable to download the game software I ordered. I called the company for help, they only gave me website address and then refused to refund my money when I couldn't use or download their product. They were rude and uncaring. They had my money and don't seem to care that I don't have any product.
