World Traders Association & IMG
WTA disappeared and apparently became IMG. I received no notice and no one will respond to my calls or emails. Help!

I am not writing to say whether or not WTA and IMG are legimate or not. I just want to know why I was never told that WTA went out of business and that IMG is now the same company. I know this to be true as I finally found my trainer's new three digit extension and left her a voice mail. I have yet to get a call back. I am also no longer receiving email replies. I am unable to order any merchandise, get leads etc etc.

The WTA website is down. The members area is online, but I have been completely disconnected from my trainer and any number that use to work for WTA. I remember asking my trainer why I never received a newsletter. Her answer was always "... They are re-doing the layout...". Of course I now know that WTA was shutting down and IMG was taking over. I also noticed the WTA ad no longer posted in Entrepreneur magazine. However, there was a new ad that was nearly the same but with IMG as the company. All this time not one word to me about the change. This by far has been the most disturbing issue for me. How can a company take $6,999 and drop off the face of the earth without people questioning their legitimacy?

However, this is not why I am posting this message. I need my trainer to contact me ASAP. I want to be assured that my WTA membership has transferred to IMG and need solid evidence that this is a legimate business to be a part of. My trainer's extension is 206 and her initials are J.M. I am trying to be fair so hopefully Mike or someone at IMG will contact me as soon as possible. I don't want a million calls from strangers, so please repy to this post with a working phone number and or email I can use to establish contact. Or just have J.M. Call me. My contact number has not changed since my last contact with her.

To be safe and because these postings have alarmed me, I am documenting everything with my lawyer. I will record all phone calls I receive from WTA/IMG and will keep all emails. I want to give WTA/IMG a chance to renew our relationship. I think this is fair. If I do not hear back from someone at WTA/IMG by July 15th I will initiate official legal actions. I don't want it to come to this and hope I hear from someone soon.
