I requested football shoes on 24 Nov to get a Holiday present. They came in Sydney on 9 Dec but as Prodirect had resolved the bundle improperly, I dod not have the ability to monitor them along till 4 Jan - too late for Holiday. As a result I delivered the shoes back... Which was 6 months before and Prodirect are declaring they have not gotten them. The boots shipping price $100, I invested atleast $30 speaking long-distance to some customer support division that appear to walk out they method to be unhelpful after which an additional $40 returning the shoes. I'd never make use of this organization again, they're ineffective, unhelpful and presently owe me cash.
