How condescending and annoying

I've gotten a few good products on my habit.com, I'll acknowledge. However it is becoming apparent recently that they're permitting many people to gain access to the revenue sooner than the intended start at 9am. After I login precisely at 9, oftentimes currently 50% of the things state 'out of stock'. It requires longer than a couple of seconds to accomplish the purchase procedure, therefore people should be receiving on the website earlier. After I request customer support about that, I just obtain a form-letter in reaction, stating they're sorry I really couldnot purchase what I'd like. How condescending and frustrating.
