MLX Just when my promo began to convert, they blocked my account

I registered with Mammoth List Extreme (MLX) in 2010 and paid the applicable fee of $35.00 via AlertPay. Then I went to work, promoting their site and spending so much in the process.
In December I noticed that I could no longer login to my account. I sent several emails to MLX complaining about this but not a single response to date!
It then dawned on me that my account may have been disabled because my promo had started to convert and they thought I would make so much money!
Although they operate basically online, I have never seen their postal address or telephone no! But from their email header details, I could guess they are in Dallas, Texas 75244.
I would be grateful if you could help me find out what really happened and help me get justice.
This way other innocent people would learn some useful lessons.
