I read and fell for 24/7 Downloads on-line spiel. I gave my credit card number and received nothing in return. I tried their support line several times and still received nothing... No reply of any kind. Somehow I found a mailing address and sent them a letter and still received no reply of any kind. My only recourse is to ask Visa to reverse the charges on my credit card. I hope that works.
