National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Website has a section that tells flat out lies, you could see it RIGHT NOW!

This organization has a webpage with perfect pictures of "chemtrails" or "GEO Engineering" if you prefer for the whole world to see. It sort of appears at first like a public disclosure page. Then you read it and it says that normal contrails are shown in the pictures above. It also says that normal contrails can persist for hours and fall to lower altitudes and spread out and blanket the sky.

I filed a consumer complaints for this incident because taxpayer money funds that organization and the taxpayers are being lied to. It is very offensive to know they respect everyone's intelligence that much.
